This system lets you contact us with questions or problems by opening a ticket. Opening a ticket is similar to sending us an email, except that it does not rely on email delivery for us to receive your question, or for you to receive our reply. You simply need to come back later and log in to the ticket system to see our reply.
We try to reply to tickets as quickly as possible, but please be patient if you don't get an immediate reply. We aim to reply to all tickets within 2 working days. Also, make sure you have checked that your question is not already answered in our FAQ.
